Staff of the Quarter
 | Peter Fajimi , the overall staff of the quarter (Q2). He came out as the outstanding staff of the quarter considering the scope of job, impact on organization, consistency in timely delivery of all assigned tasks. Preparation of Payroll has been consistently delivered to time in the last 5 months; his hard work during the recruitment of the just hired 51 Mgt trainees from 20,000 applicants is terrific. Peter , currently a Management Executive in the Human Capital Development (HCD) Department of Chams PLC, is a graduate of Economics from the prestigious University of Ibadan. He is a product of the Chams Varsity Management Trainee programme for 2008. He was privileged to have been chosen as the ‘Management Trainee of the Year’ for 2008. He is a Student Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development of Nigeria (CIPMN). A native of Oyo State, he is an avid reader and enjoys creative writing and travelling. |
