ADEMOLA B. ALADEKOMO is the Managing Director of CHAMS Plc. He started CHAMS over 25 years ago, as the first indigenous computer maintenance outfit. Over the years, the company has pioneered many new technologies and provided intelligent solutions to a wide range of public and private initiatives. Some of his achievements in the field of IT practice include the first wide-area-network on PCs in Nigeria, the first company to venture into card technologies in Nigeria, the Guinness Book of Records recognition for Chams City Innovation. Also, with a commitment and passion to provide solutions that lead to the enhancement of the living standards of the Nigerian people, he leads the team that won the concession on the Identity Card Management Program in Nigeria among other trail blazing efforts in Nigeria. Demola is acknowledged as the brain behind the success of the ValuCard project. He is a fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society (FNCS), a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and fellow of the Computer Professional Registration Council (CPN).He was part of the first Chief Executives Program at the Lagos Business School. He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Volunteer Corps as well as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of SmartCard Society of Nigeria. |

FEMI WILLIAMS is the Deputy Managing Director of Chams PLC. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering (1989) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and an MBA in Information Technology (2000) from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He joined Chams Nigeria Limited in 1990 as a Computer Engineer, and by dint of hard work, resourcefulness and dedication, he rose to the position of General Manager in January 2001. He held this position until he joined Supercard Limited as Managing Director in March 2004. |

OLAYINKA IKIEBE is the General Manager, Management Services and Internal Audit. She presently oversees all the support service units of Chams PLC. In addition, she is responsible for providing and ensuring the implementation of standard Audit principles and practices within the organization by monitoring total compliance with company policies and procedures. Yinka is a graduate of Sociology and Anthropology (B.Sc) from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife). She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She has over 22 years of audit experience, 13 of which is from the reputable firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Prior to joining Chams Plc she set up and headed the Internal Audit Department in Intercellular Nig. Plc (an indigenous telecom company). She is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor. |

ADESOLA OMOTAYO is the General Manager, Public Sector, Chams. She joined Chams in 1996 and was responsible for marketing the company’s product suites and before she became the Head of the Terminal and Printers department. Whilst heading the Terminals and Printers department she worked on the major government tenders and execution of awarded national contracts like the Independent National Electoral Commission voters’ registration card, and the continuous voter’s registration card, the National Identity Management Systems, PENCOM Cards, NHIS cards, the new Federal Road Safety Corps Driver’s license. Sola is a graduate of University of Jos with B.A in English. She also holds a Master Degree in International Law and Diplomacy and also a member of Nigeria Institute of Public Relation. |

OLAYINKA FALAYI is the Finance Manager of Chams Plc. He holds a Masters degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management Devry University, USA, Post Graduate Training in Marketing and Communication from Franklin University, USA; an MBA from the University of Calabar, Nigeria and a Bachelors degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. Prior to joining Chams Plc, Yinka worked with JPMorgan Chase Bank, USA for 5 years as a financial Analyst in the position of the Assistant Vice President. He also worked for Equitorial Trust Bank Limited, Lagos for 10 years as Manager for private, corporate and relationship banking. Olayinka has over 15 years experience in Accounting, Banking and financial management both locally and internationally which also spans real estate lease management, mortgage reconciliation and financial services lockbox systems. He has attended numerous international finance courses. |

RAJIV SHARMA is the General Manager, ChamsVarsity, a business unit of Chams and its foremost ICT learning institute. RS as he is fondly called is responsible for the management of affairs of the training institute by establishing international partnerships and formulating strategies that will enhance and expand Nigeria’s ICT man power resources. RS has distinguished himself in various fields of human endeavors spanning Information Technology, Consulting, Training etc. He joined Chams Plc from IDM and prior to this he was with Wipro managing AOL & Wal-Mart projects. He has worked on several ICT ventures with Government of India. Owning to his passion for training and wealth of experience RS, has delivered keynote addresses on IT development at various events in Nigeria. RS is Six Sigma qualified, experienced in Business Development, Knowledge Management, Sales, Marketing and Project Management. He has attended Advanced Management Program at the Pan African University and various executive trainings from premier management institutes in India |

SANJAY PATEL is the General Manager, Terminals and Printers, a Business Unit of Chams Plc. As the General manager of the unit, Sanjay is conscientious of tactical marketing strategies and wide spread research to guarantee all services of the unit are abreast of the fast changing demands of the customer and equipped to take demands heads on towards extending market share. Sanjay has over 18 years of International experience from Europe, North America & Asian Subcontinent ranging from electronic design, integrating solutions, sales, business development, business strategy, and operations. He has worked for major card personalization manufacturers’ providing hardware, software and service solutions worldwide to Governments, Armed forces, Financial, Educational, Healthcare, Commercial, Retail and Gaming business sectors and has successful business experience in Start-up’s, Turnarounds, and Emerging markets. He was raised and educated in the UK and holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering which has provided him with the basic building blocks to his success in the industry. |

FUNKE ALOMOOLUWA is the Deputy General Manager ChamsCity. She joined CardCentre Nigeria limited (A subsidiary of Chams) in 2005 as Head, Finance and Administration. She was later promoted to DGM (Finance & Administration), where she was responsible for managing and formulating policies on the company’s finance, account and administrative functions. Bringing to bare her wealth of knowledge in business management and strategy, Funke, currently leads the ChamsCity team in optimizing capacity, positioning and marketing. Before she was redeployed, Funke was the Chief Accounting Officer of Chams, and through her exceptional leadership in the unit she earned her the Manager of the Year Award in 2008. Mrs. Alomooluwa recently completed executive MBA programme at the prestigious Lagos Business School. She however bagged a Computer Science and Economics degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and she is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She trained as an auditor at the BDO Oyediran Faleye Oke & Co (Chartered Accountants) for five years, where she was privileged to lead the audit of various sectors of the economy. |

IDOWU LOGILE Esq. is the Company Secretary. He commenced his working career in Chams in
1990 and by dint of hard work; dedication to duty and loyalty was
granted a scholarship to study Law. ID, as he is fondly called, studied
Law at the Famous Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife where he won the
Amicable Insurance Prize for the best graduating student in the Law of Insurance in the year 1998. He was called to the Bar in 2003.
He is also an Alumnus of the Pan-African University School of Media and
Communications, Lagos, Nigeria. His 20
years work experience has enabled him to traverse various departments
in the company, thereby handling several issues relating to protocol,
marketing, administration and legal for the company. He
currently heads the Legal department of Chams Plc and
is responsible for managing all legal related matters for the company. |

'MAYOWA OLANIYAN
is the Group Head, Internal Audit and Risk Management of Chams Plc. Prior to joining Chams Plc, Mayowa worked with Supercard Limited (Subsidiary of Chams Plc) for three years as AGM Corporate Services, where she was responsible for managing and formulating policies on the company’s Finance, Accounts, Human Capital Development and Administrative functions.She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. |

SENI SADARE Engr. is the Head, Admin. & Facilities Management for Chams. He is responsible for the Development and Management of all Chams Facilities and Properties Nationwide (including the Various ChamsCity Centres). |
